The castle wall over time

I made some of these sketches while visiting Heidelberg Castle. I'm fascinated by how time and space change things. I've started observing patterns in nature and seeing how they adapt or wear down over time. The traces of wear and tear are, for me, testaments to change and existence over the years . They are evidence of a specific event, a single moment.
